SNH Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.31 Per Share

NEWTON, Mass.--Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) today declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.31/share (or $1.24/share per year) to be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 20, 2004 and to be distributed on or about August 20, 2004.

Senior Housing Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust headquartered in Newton, MA which has investments in 150 senior living properties located in 31 states.
