NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced that its Valley Creek Office Park property in Golden Valley, MN has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International 360 Performance Program Council.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program® sets standards that are often referred to in the market for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Earning the BOMA 360 label indicates that BOMA believes a building is outperforming the competition with regard to its operations and management.

The Valley Creek Office Park property consists of three, three-story adjacent medical office buildings with a total of 128,350 square feet and underground parking available in each building. The property is currently leased to 11 tenants and North Memorial Health (NMH) is the largest tenant. The property is also located approximately six miles west of downtown Minneapolis, MN.

The property is managed by RMR Real Estate Services, a division of The RMR Group LLC. The RMR Group LLC manages Senior Housing Properties Trust and it is the majority owned operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR). RMR Real Estate Services is responsible for providing all aspects of property management services to more than 600 buildings with over 70 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, medical office, lab and retail space that are managed by The RMR Group LLC.
