Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced the
results of its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held
earlier today as follows.
Lisa Harris Jones was re-elected as an Independent Trustee in Class I.
Jennifer B. Clark was re-elected as a Managing Trustee in Class I.
Shareholders approved a non-binding advisory resolution approving the
compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
Shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as SNH’s
independent registered public accounting firm.
