Ms. Harris Jones has been an Independent Trustee of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2015 and is the Board’s Lead Independent Trustee. In 2000, she founded Harris Jones & Malone, LLC and today it is one of the most successful female and minority owned professional firms in the United States. Ms. Harris Jones has represented municipalities and related quasi-public agencies; non-profits; and small and large business enterprises, both publicly and privately held. She has dedicated a great deal of her time and resources to matters of public interest. Ms. Harris Jones has worked in a pro bono capacity for dyslexia education, community development in Baltimore City’s most challenged areas, and the advancement of Minority Business Enterprises. She is an Independent Trustee of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) and previously served on the Board of TravelCenters of America.

Mr. Felder has been an Independent Trustees of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2025. He previously worked at UBS Investment Bank for over 20 years, where he most recently served as the Head of Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure, Americas. Mr. Felder previously held other roles at UBS, including Head of Private Financing Markets, Americas and a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining UBS Investment Bank, Mr. Felder worked in investment banking at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, focusing on capital markets and M&A transactions. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Hollis has been an Independent Trustees of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2023 and is Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Hollis Advisory LLC since 2018. Prior to that, she served in various executive capacities at CAVU Securities, LLC, from 2014 to 2018, including as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Hollis also founded Egerie Consulting, serving as its President from 2000 until 2010. In 1994, she co-founded Utendahl Capital Partners, a minority-owned investment bank. Ms. Hollis is on the finance and investment committee for Guild Hall, a community arts, entertainment and education center and also served as a trustee of several nonprofit company boards. Ms. Hollis previously served on the Board of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) from 2022 to 2023.

Ms. Neher has been an Independent Trustee of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2024 and is Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. She has served as Principal of Back East Consulting LLC since 2013. Ms. Neher has held various finance and real estate leadership roles as a senior level executive officer. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Director at Large of Cambridge Innovation Centers, as Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Vice President, Finance and Acquisitions of New England Development and as Vice President of Equity Investments of Aetna Realty Investors (now UBS Realty Investors). Ms. Neher is currently a member of the Boston Club, a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a legacy council member of Commercial Real Estate Women, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, and a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Urban Mixed Used Development Council.

Mr. Somers has been an Independent Trustee of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2009 and is Chair of the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee. Since 2010, Mr. Somers has been Of Counsel at the law firm of Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC, where he was a Managing Member for a number of years. He previously was a Partner at the law firm of Gadsby Hannah LLP and as a former staff attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Somers also serves on the Boards of Trustees of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN).

Mr. Portnoy has been Managing Trustee of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2007 and Chair of the Board since 2019. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and Chair of the RMR Management Committee. He also serves as Chair of the Boards of RMR and its client companies, including: Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI), Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT), Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN), AlerisLife Inc. (Private), Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Private) and Tremont Realty Capital, an SEC registered investment adviser.

Prior to joining RMR in 2003, Mr. Portnoy held various positions in the finance industry and public sector, including working as a banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and ABN AMRO, working in private equity at the International Finance Corporation (a member of The World Bank Group) and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer of a telecommunications company. Mr. Portnoy currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pioneer Institute, as a member of the executive committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Opportunity Alliance, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts High Technology Council and as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is formerly a member of the Board of Trustees of Occidental College and the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit).

Mr. Bilotto has been a Managing Trustee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since 2024. He is also an Executive Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and a member of the RMR Management Committee. He is responsible for acquisitions, asset management for all hotel and senior living properties, as well as development and redevelopment across the U.S. Mr. Bilotto is also a Managing Trustee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC). He previously served in various leadership roles of RMR and its client companies. Prior to joining RMR in 2011, he worked at General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP) in various management roles for shopping malls and mixed-use assets in New Mexico, Arizona and California. Mr. Bilotto has 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in asset management, leasing and development. He is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties.
