NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) today announced that it has scheduled its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for May 9, 2013. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is February 19, 2013.
