Senior Housing Properties Trust Announces Three MOB Properties Have Received BOMA 360 Designation

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced that three of its medical office buildings (MOBs) have achieved BOMA 360 designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA). The properties are located in Phoenix, AZ (Anasazi Plaza); Valencia, CA (28515 Westinghouse Place) and Buffalo Grove, IL (1450 Busch Parkway).

The BOMA 360 Performance Program® sets standards that are often referred to in the market for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Earning the BOMA 360 label indicates that BOMA believes a building is outperforming the competition with regard to its operations and management.

The Phoenix, AZ, Valencia, CA and Buffalo Grove, IL properties are all managed by RMR Real Estate Services, a division of The RMR Group LLC.
