Senior Housing Properties Trust Announces Hallmark Health Medical Center Achieves BOMA 360 Designation

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced that its Hallmark Health Medical Center property, located in Reading, MA, has been designated as a 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Program Council.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program® sets standards that are often referred to in the market for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Earning the 360 label indicates that BOMA believes a building is outperforming the competition with regard to its operations and management.

Hallmark Health Medical Center is a 33,600 square foot, three story medical office building approximately 15 miles north of Boston. The property is managed by The RMR Group LLC. The RMR Group LLC manages Senior Housing Properties Trust and it is the majority owned operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR).
