Senior Housing Properties Trust Signs Hematology-Oncology Associates of Central New York to 65,900 Square Feet at 5008 Brittonfield Parkway in East Syracuse, NY

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced that Hematology-Oncology Associates of Central New York, PC, a specialty medical treatment center, has signed a 10-year early lease renewal for approximately 65,900 square feet at 5008 Brittonfield Parkway in East Syracuse, New York.

The property is a single-tenant, two-building medical office complex offering immediate proximity to Interstate 481 and Interstate 90 with nearby amenities including recreational parks, restaurants, hotels and health clubs.

The property is managed by The RMR Group LLC, which manages Senior Housing Properties Trust and is the majority owned operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. The RMR Group LLC is responsible for providing all aspects of property management services to more than 700 buildings with over 75 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, medical office, life science and retail space.
