Senior Housing Properties Trust Announces 2200 County Road C West Achieves BOMA 360 Designation

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced that its 2200 County Road C West property, located in Roseville, MN, was designated as a 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Program Council earlier this year.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program® sets standards that are often referred to in the market for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Earning the 360 label indicates that BOMA believes a property is outperforming the competition with regard to its operations and management.

The 23,508 square foot, medical office property, situated approximately 10 miles northeast of Minneapolis, is managed by The RMR Group LLC, which manages Senior Housing Properties Trust and is the majority owned operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR).
